Okay, but seriously, it's that time and I am SO excited to capture all of your special moments on your big day. I've put together this wedding client guide in hopes that it will help you be prepared and ready to soak up and enjoy a day that can sometimes go by in a flash.
In this guide you will find:
-Photography packing guide
-Wedding plans questionnaire
-General timeline (This will be adapted to your day but is just an idea of what things can look like day-of.)
-What you can expect from me pre/during/post wedding
 
Wedding Photography Packing List
Everyone loves a good flat lay! These are detailed shots of all of the "little things" and details that make your wedding unique to you and your partner. Below is a list of items to consider bringing and setting aside for me to create those beautiful images of all of your special items. These photos are usually what I do as soon as I arrive to your venue on your wedding day.
- Your rings
- Your full invitation suite (2 copies help to be able to get more variations of this shot)
- Stamps that match your wedding theme + go with your invitation suite
- Wax seals, if used with invitation suite
- Ribbon to accent the color palette of your wedding (silk ribbon is recommended)
- Wedding day jewelry – necklace, earrings, bracelet, rings
- Wedding day Perfume
- Your flower bouquet
- Boutonniere
- Vow books
- Handwritten letters to each other (old or new)
- Wedding day gifts
- Cake toppers
- Pet- items to include your furry friends (collars, drink tags, drink menu, etc.)
- Your wedding day shoes
- Loose florals for your full styled detail shot
- Your dress
- Your veil
- Your wedding day clutch purse if you have one
- any sentimental heirlooms that you want to include from your relationship or family members
- polaroids of the two of you or old pictures
- an upscale styled wedding dress hanger so your outfits aren’t on plastic hangers

General timeline of Wedding Photography
This is a general timeline of what your day may look like in regards to taking photos. However, all of this is customizable to YOU and YOUR day! During our final consultation, please feel free to voice any changes, concerns, or priorities that you may have. I don't want this day to feel rushed or forced, but for you and your fiancé to feel completely at-ease and able to soak it all in!
 
With first look
- Detail shots (flat lays, dress, wedding/reception area if ready) ~30-45 minutes
- Getting Ready (hair/makeup) ~45+ minutes
- Getting into dress ~20+ minutes
- Groomsmen getting ready ~40+ minutes
- First look/ Couples portraits ~20+ minutes
- Wedding party portraits ~30+ minutes

Pre-Wedding
 
 
 
 
- Feel free to text me with any ideas or vision boards for your day (Pinterest is great!)
- I will send you this client guide around the 1 1/2 month pre-wedding mark
- After you submit your questionnaire, I will contact you to set up a final consultation (zoom call). I'd like this to be about a month out from your wedding day.
- I will text your contact person my information so if there are any emergencies on the day, you don't have to be stressed about it!

Post-Wedding:
 
- 24-48 sneak peeks! I will post some on socials and you will also get a link to a digital gallery. Make sure to follow my Facebook page and Instagram so that I can tag you!
- I like to deliver my full wedding gallery to you between 4-6 weeks after your wedding. I also like to deliver them on a Friday or Saturday evening when you and your spouse are together so that you can make it a special night of re-living the best day ever!! Don't worry, I will give you a heads up so that you will know it is coming.
